This position reports to:
Global and Local Product Group Controller

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support in all financial and commercial matters related to the project. You will showcase your expertise by preparing project invoices and financial accounting and reporting (including project site accounting) documents. This role is contributing to the Marine Service Business in Finland. Main stakeholders are project managers, the project execution and finance teams. Your office will be in Vuosaari, Helsinki.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
Timely and accurate customer invoicing.
Co-ordinating with our project managers to maintain and update the invoicing schedule and billing plan.
Follow-up and control over invoice payment status and collection
Supporting in other project finance tasks such as on project control related matters.
Assisting the project team in identifying risks and opportunities, and in ensuring adherence to ABB’s corporate governance, assurance, internal controls, and business specific finance directives and instructions.
Qualifications for the role
Over 7 years of proven experience from working with invoicing and financial administrative work.
Experience from invoicing process development
You have a proactive attitude and are attentive and through in your work.
Experience from SAP and MS office tools is seen as a very strong asset.
A Bachelor's degree or other relevant educational background
Understanding of the Marine segment and from project driven business is considered an asset.
