Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop new business and expanding OEM market share in the region mainly in Klang Valley, Malaysia as well support other SEA countries on demand Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Philippines, except Singapore.

This role is contributing to the Industrial Automation Business Area in Malaysia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Grow B&R's complete product portfolio by identifying and pursuing new and existing sales opportunities, achieving sales budgets at key accounts, and developing targeted strategies to expand the customer base through cold calling, enquiry generation, and marketing initiatives.
Understand customer requirements and market trends to define and develop the best technical solutions for applications, conduct in-depth technical presentations and discussions, and negotiate and finalize deals in coordination with the internal B&R team for seamless execution.
Provide exceptional sales support to existing customers, introduce new products and technical training offerings, follow up on purchase orders, dispatches, payments, and rental materials, and organize workflows and meetings to consistently meet customer deadlines.
Represent B&R at exhibitions, seminars, and product demos to strengthen brand presence, maintain up-to-date Salesforce entries, track after-sales support and maintenance activities, and proactively gather customer references to fuel continued growth.
Qualifications for the role
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
Has 3-5 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience preferably in electrical /automation industry
Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills. Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
Strong attention to details, possessing a team working aptitude and interested in preventing errors and solving problems
Must also have an excellent sense of priorities and exceptional phone and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally
