Book Keeper

Summary: A Quality Facility Services is a rapidly growing company seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who wants to grow with the organization. The role involves recording and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with payroll and audit preparation. Responsibilities: - Record and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate cash records - Prepare and post general ledger entries, including month-end adjustments - Assist with payroll processing and verifying accuracy - Support monthly account reconciliations and reporting - Assist with audit preparation and provide necessary documentation - Maintain organized financial records and documentation - Complete other bookkeeping tasks as assigned by Controller/CFO Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, or recent graduates with a focus in accounting/finance encouraged to apply - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Efficient communication and organizational skills - Proficient in Excel and accounting software - Analytical mindset and willingness to solve problems - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred, or equivalent bookkeeping experience Required Skills: Bookkeeping, Accounting, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Bank reconciliation, General ledger, Payroll processing, Month-end adjustments, Audit preparation, Excel, Accounting software, Analytical mindset, Task prioritization Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Company Gatherings, Great company culture, Growth Opportunities
