UKG, still widely known by the UltiPro name, is an HR and workforce management platform used by large employers in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and the public sector.

Career sites are branded per employer over a shared engine. Applications run across several steps and collect structured work history rather than relying on a resume alone.

Tsenta fills and submits UKG applications for you, either from the app or through the developer API.

### Is UKG the same as UltiPro?

### Can applications be reviewed before submit?

Yes. You can have the application filled and paused for your approval before it is sent.
