Job Description
Summary: CarGroup Holdings LLC, operating as webuyanycar.com® USA, is a leading car buying service that offers a fast, safe, and fair way to sell your car. The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist I role focuses on building strong car buying behaviors and personal accountability while helping customers choose the best way to sell their vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Contact vehicle sellers via phone, email, and approved digital channels
- Treat every lead, appointment, and interaction as a car buying opportunity
- Build rapport quickly and influence customers to choose our service, guiding conversations toward scheduled appointments
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity expectations
- Maintain disciplined follow-up and accurate pipeline tracking
- Convert qualified leads into completed vehicle acquisitions through effective follow-up and customer engagement
- Support vehicle evaluations and pricing discussions while reinforcing the value and convenience of our service
- Maintain accurate documentation and system entries to support compliant transactions
- Participate actively in car buying contests, leaderboards, and performance challenges
- Work independently while collaborating with Area Managers and partners to move deals forward
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, state‑issued driver's license
- Ability to work independently in branch or mobile environments
- Comfort using standard computer applications and sales systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior sales, retail, or customer‑facing experience preferred, but not necessary
