Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Payment Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations and monitoring of payment channels. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in payment (third-party, U-card), web exchanges, finance, or Igaming platforms, who are digitally savvy, quick problem solvers, and eager to advance their career in the digital payments industry.
Your responsibilities will include transaction monitoring, payment issue resolution, payment channel coordination, and supporting operational analytics to ensure a smooth and secure payment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the daily performance of payment channels, including transaction success rate and stability
- Track deposit and withdrawal transactions, identify abnormal cases, and handle payment-related issues promptly
- Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, failed transactions, and user payment inquiries
- Support the maintenance and coordination of third-party payment channels and partners
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and support data analysis
- Work closely with Risk Control and Compliance teams to execute payment procedures and operational policies
- Monitor transaction trends and support payment process optimization to improve user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields preferred)
- Good command of English and Chinese (both required)
- Open to all nationalities; Chinese-speaking candidates are highly preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in Payments / Fintech / Finance / Internet industry is preferred
Candidates without direct payment experience may still be considered if they demonstrate:
- Strong numerical sensitivity and analytical thinking
- Good understanding of financial systems or fund flows
- Fast learning ability and strong initiative
- Strong Excel and basic data handling skills
- Attention to detail and strong execution ability
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly
