Customer Service Representative Bilingual Preferred

Summary: PLS is a leading retail provider of financial services with over 200 centers across 12 states. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and educating them about products and services. Responsibilities: - Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business - Educating our customers on our products and services - Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations - Following company policies and procedures - Maintaining a balanced cash drawer - Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling - Using our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions - Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution - Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for our customers and team members - Performing other duties as instructed by management Required Qualifications: - Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers - Strong verbal communication - Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task - Professional appearance and demeanor - Must be honest and have integrity - Able to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays - English fluency is required - Must be able to stand for extended periods - Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance - Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels Preferred Qualifications: - Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant - English/Spanish bilingual is a plus Required Skills: Cash Handling, Point-of-Sale System, English Fluency, Bilingual English/Spanish Benefits: Benefits for eligible team members include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), vacation, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing training.
