Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate media content in Spanish according to community standards and company policies.

• Respond professionally and promptly to user comments and inquiries in Spanish.

• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content following company procedures.

• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation strategies and enhance community engagement.

• Stay updated on relevant social media trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation.

• Assist with ensuring a welcoming and safe online environment for Spanish-speaking communities.

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.

• Experience in media or social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their content policies.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally and discreetly.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and strong judgment skills.
