Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a popular messaging app in Greece. This role requires providing top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking users, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat regarding app usage, troubleshooting, and feature inquiries.
Assist users in resolving technical issues, account management, and general questions efficiently and effectively.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Stay informed about app updates, features, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve the customer support experience.
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
Experience in customer service, especially in tech or app support roles, is advantageous.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
