Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading consumer electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, assisting with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional customer support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics products and services.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, order status, and warranty claims.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve service quality.
Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer support processes.
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
Experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
Passion for technology and delivering excellent customer experiences.
