Mercier Consultancy MD is actively seeking Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading automotive company in Greece. This role involves providing excellent customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to vehicles, services, and after-sales assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and efficient customer support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.

• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, service appointments, and issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records using CRM systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams including sales and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on automotive products, features, and company policies.

• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.

• Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required; English language skills are advantageous.

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in the automotive sector.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.

• Willingness to relocate to and work in Greece.

• Passion for the automotive industry and strong problem-solving skills.
