Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for Spanish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a prominent airline in Greece. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking travelers, ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience. Paid relocation to Greece is provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat regarding bookings, flight information, and travel inquiries.
Assist passengers with reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, and other travel-related services efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and queries promptly while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality.
Stay updated on airline policies, flight schedules, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support is included.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for travel and hospitality.
