Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional customer service to Italian-speaking clients regarding transportation services and inquiries.

• Handle booking processes, scheduling, and resolving customer issues via phone, email, and other channels.

• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation operations.

• Stay informed on transportation policies, products, and procedures to assist customers effectively.

• Proactively identify improvements to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.

• Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.

• Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably within transportation or logistics sectors.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.

• Capacity to multitask and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM software and transportation systems is beneficial.
