Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Italian to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies.

• Respond promptly and professionally to user comments and inquiries in Italian.

• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content following company protocols.

• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support content moderation and community engagement strategies.

• Stay updated on social media trends, policies, and best practices in moderation.

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Experience in social media content moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their moderation guidelines.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive and diverse content professionally.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and sound judgment.
