Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat on cybersecurity products and services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve security-related customer issues efficiently and professionally.

• Advise customers on best practices for cybersecurity and effective use of security technologies.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and technical information using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and solve complex cybersecurity challenges.

• Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends and developments to provide up-to-date support.

• Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.

• Prior experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within cybersecurity or IT security.

• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and technologies.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills focused on customer satisfaction.

• Ability to multitask effectively and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
