Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients, handling inquiries related to Imperial Brands' products and services to ensure a positive and effective communication experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional and empathetic customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product information, orders, complaints, and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up within the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
Provide feedback to management aimed at improving customer service and operational processes.
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably in FMCG or related sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
