Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team in Greece, supporting a leading consumer electronics company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to Italian-speaking customers, ensuring a positive experience with the company's range of electronics products.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales service.
Troubleshoot product issues, provide solutions, and guide customers in using products effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex customer problems efficiently.
Stay updated on latest product releases, features, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Contribute to improving customer service processes and customer satisfaction.
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the consumer electronics sector.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital customer support tools.
Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
Strong problem-solving skills and passion for technology and electronics.
