This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals fluent in Italian to work in the innovative and fast-paced financial technology sector. As a Customer Agent, you will support Italian-speaking clients by providing efficient and professional assistance regarding FinTech products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver top-quality customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat channels.
Assist clients with inquiries, account management, transactions, and troubleshooting FinTech solutions.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline service processes.
Stay up-to-date with FinTech products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information.
Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in FinTech, banking, or financial services, is preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and other digital communication tools.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Willingness to work in Greece and embrace a collaborative team environment.
