Sales Coordinator - Marine & Protective Coating
Location: Banani
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
In this role, you will support the sales team by handling day-to-day administrative and sales coordination activities across departments. You will ensure timely information sharing, and effective customer support to help drive team performance and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This position is based in Dhaka and reports to the Sales Manager - Marine & Protective Coating.
Responsibilities:
Provide administration and support to the sales team by assisting with daily related sales activities, handling paperwork, proposals and quotations, tenders, bids, and ad hoc duties to ensure efficient sales support is provided for optimum sales results.
Support sales staff by following up on DSO collection so that Jotun’s liquidity remains balanced.
Coordinate between the Sales Manager, sales personnel, and other internal stakeholders by assisting with communicating and disseminating relevant information.
Convey any received external inquiries and information effectively to the team.
Coordinate with Customer Service on price variations, customer inquiries, etc., and assist in updating the system price list.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) with excellent communication and writing skills.
