Influencer Outreach Intern

Summary: Electro is a fast-growing sports nutrition brand seeking an Influencer Outreach Intern to help grow their ambassador and affiliate program. The role involves athlete outreach, sourcing TikTok and Instagram creators, and managing CRM across partner channels. Responsibilities: - Track creator and affiliate outreach in our CRM with clean notes and follow-ups - Manage daily follow-ups with creators and affiliates to keep deals moving - Qualify inbound creator and affiliate applications and route the strong ones to the team - Reply to athlete DMs every day with accuracy, speed, and professionalism - Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using our internal playbooks - Send personalized DMs and emails to creators and influencers to pitch partnerships - Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication Required Qualifications: - Strong written English and communication skills - Sharp attention to detail and reliability with no mistakes in athlete onboarding - Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment - Comfortable doing cold outreach to creators, athletes, or affiliates - Organized and dependable with a strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications: - Bonus if you've worked with influencer or affiliate programs before Required Skills: CRM management, Influencer outreach, Affiliate program management, Cold outreach, Athlete onboarding, Written English Benefits: Flexible, remote internship experience that fits around school., Resume-building experience in influencer marketing, affiliate ops, and creator partnerships., Resume-building experience in sports marketing and brand operations., Direct exposure to how a modern DTC brand scales through TikTok and creator partnerships.
