Accounts Payable Analyst

Summary: Dandy is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join their Accounting and Finance team. This role is responsible for invoice processing, vendor management, accounts reconciliation, payment processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities: - Process Accounts Payable invoices and payment requests - Perform invoice coding, invoice entry, and payment processing - Maintain vendor accounts, W-9 forms, and vendor records - Complete Accounts Payable reconciliations and assist with General Ledger balancing - Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues - Support month-end accounting procedures and financial reporting - Perform accounting data entry with accuracy and attention to detail - Assist with bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks - Work collaboratively with the Accounting Department and Finance team Required Qualifications: - Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, vendor management, and payment processing - Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills - Knowledge of accounting software and financial systems - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced accounting office environment - Valid driver's license required - Background check required - Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check required Preferred Qualifications: - 1–3 years of Accounts Payable, Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeping, or Accounting Assistant experience preferred Required Skills: Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, Accounts Reconciliation, Payment Processing, Bookkeeping, Accounting Support, Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software, Financial Systems, Data Entry
