Job Description
Summary: Corza Medical is dedicated to supporting surgical providers with exceptional products and services. As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will develop relationships with healthcare professionals and drive sales in non-acute markets while receiving coaching and support for your career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a defined non-acute territory to meet or exceed sales goals for Corza Medical’s Wound Closure and surgical product portfolio
- Identify and convert new customer opportunities through prospecting, product presentations, and follow-up
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and procurement/purchasing teams
- Conduct in-services, product demonstrations, and staff education sessions to support product utilization
- Develop account strategies that increase product adoption and market share within assigned territory
- Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor actions; communicate insights to sales leadership
- Maintain accurate sales and activity records using CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to managing sales activities, time, and travel
- Travel within assigned territory up to 30% of the time. One rep to cover the Las Vegas area
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–2 years of outside sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, healthcare, or related fields) prospecting weekly
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Ability to travel within territory and occasionally overnight
- Must live within the assigned territory area
- This role requires meeting the hospital credentialing requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in medical device or healthcare industry; previous internship or entry-level exposure is a plus
