About College Track
College Track is a comprehensive, 10-year college completion program dedicated to helping first-generation students from underserved communities overcome systemic obstacles on the path to a bachelor’s degree and a meaningful career.
What began in 1997 with just 25 students has grown into a national movement of more than 5,400 scholars and alumni across California, Colorado, Louisiana, and the D.C. Metro Area. Our scholars graduate from college at three times the national average for first-generation students. By age 30, our alumni earn an average of $89,823—outpacing the national median and proving the long-term economic mobility a degree unlocks.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with program staff and Executive Site Directors to coordinate funder site visits. Translate impact data and scholar success stories into powerful donor communications.
- Operations & CRM Management: Track all fundraising activity, pipeline health, and institutional knowledge seamlessly within Salesforce to ensure strict grant compliance.
