Service Advisor/Writer - FORD

Summary: Ciocca Automotive is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated automotive service advisor to join their team at Ciocca Ford of York. The role involves overseeing service orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support for inquiries while managing technician workflow. Responsibilities: - Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service - Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled - Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers - Distribute work between technicians efficiently - Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs - Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary Required Qualifications: - Consistent record of service and sales success - Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results - Valid driver's license and clean driving record Required Skills: Vehicle Diagnostics, Parts Ordering Benefits: Full Time to include some Saturdays, PTO and holidays, Air-conditioned shops and facilities that are always being upgraded, 401(K) retirement plan with company matching, The top insurance program in the industry including medical, dental, prescription and vision, Advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family, Employee discounts: purchases, repair, service, wash
