Job Description
Summary: Avalanche Advertising is a boutique digital marketing agency headquartered in Cleveland. They are hiring a Marketing Operations Associate to work directly with the founder, offering a ground-floor role with a clear growth path in various marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate in-person client meetings, site visits, and Cleveland-area events
- Capture local content for LinkedIn, case studies, and speaking engagements
- Support founder calendar, inbox triage, and prep for sales and partner meetings
- Run local prospect research and warm outreach support
- Coordinate cross-team project timelines and client deadlines
- Handle vendor, office, and local administrative tasks
- Build operational SOPs as you learn each function
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in marketing, agency, or operations work, or strong demonstrated aptitude
- Cleveland-based and able to work in person multiple days per week
- Sharp, organized, naturally proactive
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to own outcomes
- Curious about marketing technology, paid media, SEO, and the business of running an agency
- Strong written and verbal communication
