Job Description
Summary: Alloy Roofing is a fast-growing company known for delivering exceptional quality and outstanding homeowner experiences. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet pre-set appointments, deliver in-home sales presentations, and design customized roofing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with pre-set, pre-qualified homeowner appointments — we handle lead generation so you can focus on closing
- Deliver consultative in-home sales presentations using iPad-based tools and our proven process
- Assess homeowner needs and design customized roofing solutions on the spot
- Negotiate terms and prepare purchase agreements and contracts
- Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM with accuracy and follow-through
- Continue developing your craft through ongoing coaching, ride-alongs, and team training
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Availability for evening appointments and some Saturdays
- Comfort with iPad-based tools and CRM platforms, or willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to pass a background check prior to start date
