Investigations Specialist (Remote)

Summary: ABC Legal Services is a national leader in service of process, focusing on advancing technology and integrating competitors. The Investigations Specialist conducts investigations to locate individuals and businesses for service of process and communicates findings to co-workers and customers. Responsibilities: - Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses by reviewing findings for the subject of service of process and cross referencing previous aspects of an order - Communicate findings to customers and co-workers as needed - Answer investigations related phone calls and emails - Update procedural documents and review existing procedures Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience required - Ability to work remotely with strong work ethic - Reliable with ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with privileged information - Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with peers - Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback - Technical savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in an office environment and/or customer facing position preferred Required Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Investigative research Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, Paid time off, 7 Paid company holidays, 4 Floating holidays per-year, Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance, Long Term Disability, Health Care Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, EAP (Employee Assistance Program), Pet Insurance
